We begin with a listening reset and a clear orientation to your intentions for the day. From there, we move into hands-on work at the piano, harp, guitar, or voice, depending on what you carry and what wants to open.

The afternoon deepens into resonance placement, breath efficiency, and phrasing. We close with creative composition or structured improvisation, translating your internal patterns into musical form.

At sunset, we anchor the insights, clarify your practice architecture going forward, and map the musical path ahead.
